Many of the Blackburns Construction senior staff, both at office and site level, have been employed with the company in excess of 15 years and have therefore built up excellent personal relationships with clients and architects alike. This greatly assists in the smooth running of construction contracts and has in many instances generated repeat business for the Company.

All members of the Blackburns Construction team undergo a continuous training programme to ensure all health and safety regulations are met and that all craftsmen are conversant with the latest tools and equipment relevant to their trade. All office staff are provided with training using new software programmes and working practices across all disciplines in order to maintain excellent customer service throughout.
