Construction of a new single storey police station including offices, external secure store, external parking, ambulance station and new site access.
The project includes many environmental measures:

• Solar Panelling
• Sun Pipes for natural internal light
• Sedum Roof
• Wind Turbine (subject to grant application success)

The construction is a traditional build with concrete strip foundations, masonry load bearing structure and partitions, structural steel roof, with a Sarnafil green roof and aluminium curtain walling and windows.
