Walcot Hall Nursing Home Extension

Design and Build project to provide a two storey 26 bedroom extension to existing nursing home.

Works included the construction of a temporary fire escape during construction, 12.5m link building to join existing home to new extension, underfloor heating throughout, safety flooring to all shared and ensuite shower rooms and w.c.’s, sprinkler and fire alarm system, new boiler and water supply system, disabled access platform lift, new access road.
