Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of new 6-bedroom dwelling, including 2 ensuite bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, WC, sunroom and games room.

Construction consisted of brick and block walls, pcc ground floor, timber first and second floors with pre-finished windows and doors. Staircases were manufactured in walnut. Roof finishes of slates with lead dormers.

Other works consisted of 4-port garage with storage area above, plant room, extensive external works and conservation works to 19th C piers remaining from the old Hall.
